PICK UP

Pick up location: Your order can be collected from out partner company Kookie Haus, which is located at 2/20 Pooks road, Ranui Auckland

Pick up days/time: Tuesday - Sunday 9am-4pm. Closed Monday

Same day pick ups: Orders need to be in by 6am. We do make extra doughnuts, so ring (09) 281-0463 and we may be able to help you out with a last minute order.

Orders for future dates: You can select your preferred day using the calendar at checkout. If your desired day is not available, it is because we are booked out or closed.

Cancelling an order: If you let us know by 4pm the day prior to pick up, you will get a full refund.

If you cancel the order on the day of pick up, we will try to on-sell your doughnuts. How ever many we sell, we will refund you Eg: You order 12 doughnuts and we only sell 3, you will be refunded for those 3 doughnuts.

Should you not turn up and/or not inform us, we will NOT re-make your doughnuts and we will have your day old doughnuts waiting for you, which we highly recommend NOT eating as day old doughnuts have no place in this world.
